Are relatively easy to put together.
So I called up the grill now 3 times. Boy it's hot, and I mean the whole thing. Also, the jobs on both sides hot. Then again, I have crickets in southern California, where we had 100 + day, so that part could be it. Nice even cooking. Side burner is nice and efficient. Easy to clean.
A few minor concerns. There is no turning back for the very nice homes for the gas cylinder. This is not the performance, but onlyAesthetics. Secondly, good luck finding a third party Rotisserie unit. The bracket design is unique, and if you want a rotisserie, you should probably go through Ducane, as I've discovered. Not even a performance problem, per se, but something that bothered me.
Customer service was excellent. Ducane is owned by Weber, so that you get. I had a small dent in the hood for deliveries and they contacted before work it out myself. They offered to send a new one if Ifallen, but the bump came from directly.
For proper burning, please make sure your grill level are usually screwed.
Overall an excellent product with excellent customer service offering.

The Affinity 3200 gas grills feature an enclosed cart with stainless steel doors and painted cart. All grills are constructed with a stainless steel lid insert and a stainless steel tube lid handle; a lid thermometer; and cast aluminum end caps. The cooking system, rated at 36,000 BTUs, includes 3 stainless steel burners and an electronic ignition. Cooking grates are made of 1/4″ diameter stainless steel wire. The Affinity 3200 has a 10,000 BTU flush-mounted side burner with a stainless steel lid. The primary cooking area measures 418 sq. inches; the warming rack area measures 132 sq. inches, giving a total cooking area of 550 sq. inches. Other features include a stainless steel stamped warming rack, porcelain-enameled heat distribution plates, textured painted right hand side table, textured painted left hand side table with side burner, and a steel control panel. There are 4 heavy-duty casters (2 fixed, 2 swivel). NG models include a 10-ft. flexible hose. 5-year limited warranty.

Not thrilled – Ambrose Greene –
Not very excited about this grill. Was it easy to put together, but the burner controller does not work very well. The one on the far right is not shut. Were at one point, flames everywhere when I started the grill. Not sure what I'm going to do about it yet, it is not very secure. Apart from that, it seems in order.

I bought this grill to replace a grill, I had used for 12 years for about the same price. This grill is much better, with many other features, whenever there is a basic grill. Provide a review I had read on grill on the market and was rated a top-10-Buy. I would agree that it is worthy of that designation. There are no dealers in my area for this brand but all are available on the web if something needs to be replaced in the future. It should be easy as long as my formerGrill.
