Absolutely love it, I have a huge backyard, and it is very uneven, and the mower was incredibly good. No complaining! My kids love it even help with the lawn now. It is very bright and quiet (compared to gas mowers). I was worried about the cord, but we were able to maneuver quite well with him, especially as we push the mower with one hand. We have gophers digging up the backyard and not even the holders of dirt stopping the mower. Great mower!

Designed to Save You Time and Effort over the Long Term
The wide 18-inch cutting path and heavy-duty steel mower deck ensure efficient, long-lasting performance. With wide 18-inch coverage, your lawn will require fewer passes, which will save you both time and effort.
Navigating tough, uneven terrain is made easy by the composite seven-inch wheels that feature ball bearings for better maneuverability and longer life. First impressions – Benjamin W. Pearre – Boulder, CO, USA
First I must say that I have not used the mower. It can perform well, but there are potentially serious problems already.
I unpacked it. It stinks! Write "Clean Air" in the whole product, but they are obviously with some stinky solvent for the production, and contain no solvents during stinky _always_, toxins, carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, VOC, etc., they do _often_, and when a not boast companies with healthy materials in production, the chances are theynot.
But this is supposedly a product from a company that cares about air quality, so I went to their website, in the hope of a "contact us" address to find, so I could ask what is in it, whether it is safe to allow the included manual (was that the smell) sit in my house with closed windows. But there is no contact address, no phone, nothing, let me figure out why this thing as it does odors.
Speaking of their demands: 70% of electricity in the U.S. comesis from fossil fuels – almost 50% from coal, the destructive beyond belief. If you choose does not have the luxury of being able to clean energy (Xcel's Wind Source, or something similar, or your own solar panels), chances are that this product does a lot of damage to the air, thank you very much. You do not breathe gas fumes, but even if my concerns about the smell are unfounded, Earthwise lying when they say that this thing does not pollute. It charged back only someone elseYard instead.
Great Electric mower at great price – S. Gomes – Massachusetts
I have this lawn mower for an average size yard and I was really surprised how easily it handled. It did not make much noise as part of the gas lawn mower and was easy to push around the yard. The only problem I had and it actually might have the orange extension cord I had been with, but it always came out of the socket for the lawnmower. I would definitely recommend.
Bad Parts and Customer Service – Amy Blakemore – Santa Barbara, CA
I bought the model 60,120 in May. Last week, both rear wheel broke off and the mower is inoperable. The rear wheels are sitting on a plastic housing, which is a whopping 1 / 8 "thick, the weight of the mower. After checking my" two year warranty "I called Earthwise to keep spare parts on request. After a wait of 25 minutes, I was told I was not to be judged sufficient to determine that this was a defective part and that I would have the next service-dealers, which happens to take30 miles away. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told there were "many people before me" and I would be better off calling the service dealer. Or my other option is now with the purchase of spare parts (of them) for this device. After spending $ 330 on this thing, only five months, I'm pretty annoyed. I bought this unit mainly on the reviews based here, so I thought I should let people know.
